Holiday at Home, a holiday experience for older people unable to travel. Our Holiday at home scheme, run in collaboration with St Andrews Methodist Church provides the older people of our community with a three day summer holiday without leaving Skipton. Virtual journeys have transported the guests to Paris, Egypt, Scotland and Blackpool and all points of the compass. A team of volunteers greet the guests each day and cater to all their holiday needs, fun, friendship, entertainment and good food are the orders of the day.
